SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing accounts payable and assisting with other accounting and administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Process accounts payable bills. Print and mail vendor checks. Process lunch orders and input in Excel. Perform other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SPECIALIZED TRAINING REQUIRED:

Three years of accounting experience or full charge bookkeeping experience. Degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and accounting software. Previous experience with ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in time management skills, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent data entry skills. Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Ability to create, interpret, and update spreadsheets. Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes. Ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization as well as vendors and other external contacts, both written and verbal. Ability to follow established procedures. Ability to meet quality standards and productivity levels. Ability to perform job duties independently, accurately and timely. Ability to maintain an organized, clean work area. Ability to sit or stand in one place, view a computer screen and use a keyboard for most of shift.

Material Handler

Day Shift 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-F
(Grade 26, Starting wage: $14.33 per hour)

SUMMARY:

Replenish production supplies, route material between departments, assist in inventory control, make appropriate entries in computer system to insure accurate routing and count data. Pull parts for sales order, enter accurate data into shipping applications and receive incoming products into ERP system.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

One or more of these duties may be applicable depending on the particular area:
Move product as required for each operation with proper documentation. Count parts accurately and document as required. Check parts for quality. Place parts in physical inventory location in an orderly fashion. Manage supplies and Kanban parts/materials for production per warehouse process. Deliver supplies and materials to production departments. Communicate supply needs to purchasing department. Document and manage chemical (resin) inventories. Use computers to access, verify and input information. Communicate clearly to supervisor any discrepancies/ anomalies in parts. Participate in daily cycle counts. Package and/or store product as required. Provide production and planning reports. Meet established productivity levels, quality standards and deadlines. Cross train and work in all warehouse areas. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Follow appropriate safety precautions. Maintain orderly and clean work station. Participate in continuous improvement effort. Assist others as directed by Warehouse Supervisor. Assist Warehouse Supervisor as directed. Perform other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand and frequently walk for most or all of shift, excluding breaks and lunch. Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Molder II
(Silicone)

Swing Shift 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.
(Grade 26, Starting wage: $14.33 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential)

SUMMARY:

Makes plastic products using molds in one or more of the following areas: Box press, Bag press, Spine, Menisci, Cortical, Flex Foam, Composite, and Silicone.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Ability to grasp, open, close, and move molds using hands and wrists; ability to lift, hold and move or carry product and bins (lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.); ability to stand for entire shift, excluding breaks and lunch; ability to recognize and match different colors of resins and materials; ability to use equipment such as hand grinder, scissors, knives, hammers, blenders, dispensing machines, air presses, production ovens; ability to use thermoset and thermoplastic resins and additives; ability to handle hot molds and product, up to 200 degrees (using proper PPE);ability to cross train and rotate to all molding areas; ability to climb 10’ ladder; ability to use scale; ability to use basic math skills and a calculator; ability to use respirator equipment; ability to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls;  ability to push, pull, pry, bend, squat and reach; ability to attend to detail; ability to see close up, peripherally, and have depth perception; ability to meet and maintain productivity levels; ability to meet deadlines; ability to meet quality standards; ability to follow verbal, video and written procedures and instructions; ability to perform repetitive routine production procedure; ability to perform all job duties accurately; ability to maintain an organized, clean work area; ability to understand and use different types of basic computers and touch screens; ability to use Metric and English measurement systems with a ruler, tape measure or calipers; age 18 or older.

TPE Production (Blue Phantom) Specialist/
Composite Molder/CNC Machine Operator

Day Shift:  1 position 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
(Grade 26, Wage*: Starting at $14.33)

SUMMARY: 

Provides support to the TPE Production, Machine Shop and Composites areas.

TPE Production:

Mold, trim and assemble product produced with TPE materials (thermoplastic elastomers).

Composites:

Mold and trim product produced with composite materials.

Machine Shop:

Support Production and Engineering to fabricate and build models using manual or computer-controlled machine tools such as routers, milling machines, drill press, bench lathe, etc.  Trim and assemble components using power and hand tools.

SOME REQUIREMENTS:

Previous molding experience preferred, ability to use a variety of equipment including but not limited to grinders, knives, drills, sanders, band saws, cutters, CNC machines, routers, and mills, ability to handle hot molds and product, up to 200 degrees (using proper PPE), ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

Assembler I

Day Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. M-F

SUMMARY:

Assembles individual parts into more complex assemblies to match the master or SOP.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

One or more of these duties may be applicable depending on the particular area:

Review master, SOP, bill of material, job traveler and any supporting paperwork; Check parts for quality and prepare them for assembly; Follow SOP and master where available; Drill, sand, paint, glue, and complete other related tasks; Trim and patch parts as needed; Perform precision grinding work; Operate robotic work cell to support assembly tasks; Use calculator and scale to ratio and weigh out material; Count parts accurately and document as required; Meet established productivity levels, quality standards, and deadlines; Participate in continuous improvement effort; Maintain orderly and clean work station; Complete daily log documenting work completed and any issues that affected cost, quality, delivery or safety; Use computers to access and input information; Cross train and work in all assembly areas; Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required; Follow appropriate safety precautions; Assist others as directed by Production Supervisor; Assist Production Supervisor as directed; Perform other duties as required.
