WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Participate, with the Leadership Team, in organizational strategic planning and organization-wide program and policy initiatives
  • Develop and lead all human resources functions and programs in alignment with the organization’s mission, strategic direction, and business plan. This includes talent acquisition, organization development, performance management, talent planning and career development, leadership development, employee communications, total rewards, learning, etc.

  • Oversee, develop, and implement staff training and leadership development programs to close skill gaps between current and future skill sets and competencies
  • Develop, provide, and respond to key metrics, such as retention/turnover, EEOC/AAP, and other statistical data

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations to minimize risk to the organization

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Eight (8) years’ human resources experience, with prior people management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with professional HR certification preferred
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with organizational plans
  • Track record of building and implementing people practices that lead to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships and coach all levels of staff and leaders
  • Thoughtful, clear verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills to a variety of audiences

Scheduler I

Day Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. M-F
(Starting wage: $19.90 per hour)

SUMMARY: 

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules utilizing computer scheduling software to ensure that daily production requirements meet customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Check, analyze and verify the availability of material and tools; Create daily schedules by prioritizing orders; Route work to minimize machine time and set up; Arrange for the movement of material and parts from stockrooms to work stations or between processing departments; Utilize MRP to create master schedules based on customers’ orders or instructions; Follow-up with Customer Service, purchasing and production staff to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation; Interact with production supervisors daily to resolve issues regarding manufacturing gaps; Complete status reports regarding production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory; Meet established scheduling productivity/accuracy levels and deadlines; Participate in continuous improvement effort; Maintain orderly and clean work station; Use computers to access and input information; Cross train in all scheduling areas; Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required; Follow appropriate safety precautions; Assist others as directed by Supervisor; Assist Supervisor as directed; Performs other duties as required.

Assembler I

SUMMARY: 

Assembles individual parts into more complex assemblies to match the master or SOP.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Review master, SOP, bill of material, job traveler and any supporting paperwork; Check parts for quality and prepare them for assembly; Follow SOP and master where available; Drill, sand, paint, glue, and complete other related tasks; Trim and patch parts as needed; Perform precision grinding work; Operate robotic work cell to support assembly tasks; Use calculator and scale to ratio and weigh out material; Count parts accurately and document as required; Meet established productivity levels, quality standards, and deadlines; Participate in continuous improvement effort; Maintain orderly and clean work station; Complete daily log documenting work completed and any issues that affected cost, quality, delivery or safety; Use computers to access and input information; Cross train and work in all assembly areas; Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required; Follow appropriate safety precautions; Assist others as directed by Production Supervisor; Assist Production Supervisor as directed; Perform other duties as required.

TPE Production Specialist/Composite Molder/CNC Machine Operator

Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
(Starting wage: $15.00 per hour)

SUMMARY:

Provides support to the TPE Production, Machine Shop and Composites areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

TPE Production: Mold, trim and assemble product produced with TPE materials (thermoplastic elastomers). Composites: Mold and trim product produced with composite materials. Machine Shop: Support Production and Engineering to fabricate and build models using manual or computer-controlled machine tools such as routers, milling machines, drill press, bench lathe, etc. Trim and assemble components using power and hand tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
