Compensation / Benefits

We offer a comprehensive salary and benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plus paid time off (PTO) and sick leave. After one year of service, you are automatically enrolled in our ESOP, you are then also eligible to join our 401k plan that includes company matching.

Production Supervisor I (Precision Assembly)

Day Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. M-F
(Starting wage: $19.92 per hour)

SUMMARY: 

Responsible for the successful function of a production department. Ensures cost, quality and quantity of items produced by department employees meet company standards and customer deadlines while ensuring a safe environment. This is a working supervisor position in which direct labor is provided by this position.

Molder I (Foam Molding)

Swing Shift 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. M-F
(Starting wage: $15.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential)

SUMMARY: 

Makes plastic products using molds in one or more of the following areas: Box press, Bag press, Spine, Menisci, Cortical, Flex Foam, Composite, and Silicone.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to grasp, open, close, and move molds using hands and wrists; ability to lift, hold and move or carry product and bins (lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.); ability to stand for entire shift, excluding breaks and lunch; ability to recognize and match different colors of resins and materials; ability to use equipment such as hand grinder, scissors, knives, hammers, blenders, dispensing machines, air presses, production ovens; ability to use thermoset and thermoplastic resins and additives; ability to handle hot molds and product, up to 200 degrees (using proper PPE);ability to cross train and rotate to all molding areas; ability to climb 10’ ladder; ability to use scale; ability to use basic math skills and a calculator; ability to use respirator equipment; ability to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; ability to push, pull, pry, bend, squat and reach; ability to attend to detail; ability to see close up, peripherally, and have depth perception; ability to meet and maintain productivity levels; ability to meet deadlines; ability to meet quality standards; ability to follow verbal, video and written procedures and instructions; ability to perform repetitive routine production procedure; ability to perform all job duties accurately; ability to maintain an organized, clean work area; ability to understand and use different types of basic computers and touch screens; ability to use Metric and English measurement systems with a ruler, tape measure or calipers; age 18 or older.

Assembler I

Day Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. M-F
(Starting wage: $15.00 per hour)

SUMMARY: 

Assembles individual parts into more complex assemblies to match the master or SOP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to use hands to grasp individual parts throughout shift; Ability to use hands to grasp and operate hand tools throughout shift; Ability to use hands to lift, hold and move or carry product and/or bins up to 30 lbs.; Ability to sit and/or stand for most or all of shift, excluding breaks and lunch; Ability to handle sharp instruments safely; Ability to work with thermoset and thermoplastic molded products; Ability to work with adhesives; Ability to use equipment such as knives, drills, sanders, band saws, cutters, grinders; Ability to use Metric and English measurement systems with a ruler, tape measure or calipers; Ability to use basic math skills and a calculator; Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; Ability to push, pull, pry, bend, squat and reach; Ability to attend to detail; Ability to see close up, peripherally, and have depth perception; Ability to meet and maintain productivity levels; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to meet quality standards; Ability to follow verbal, video and written procedures and instructions; Ability to perform repetitive routine production procedures; Ability to perform all job duties accurately; Ability to maintain an organized, clean work area; Ability to understand and use different types of basic computers and touch screens; Age 18 or older.

Perform secondary operations on plastic products for shipping and/or assembly.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to use hands to grasp individual product parts throughout shift; ability to use hands to grasp and operate hand tools throughout shift; ability to use hands to lift, hold and move or carry product and/or bins up to 30 pounds; ability to stand for 3 or more hours each day, excluding breaks and lunch; ability to sit and/or stand in one place throughout shift, excluding breaks and lunch; ability to work with thermoset and thermoplastic molded products; ability to work with adhesives; ability to use equipment such as grinders, knives, drills, sanders, scissors; ability to handle sharp instruments safely; ability to cross train and rotate to all trim areas; ability to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; ability to push, pull, pry, bend, squat and reach; ability to attend to detail; ability to see close up, peripherally, and have depth perception; ability to meet and maintain productivity levels; ability to meet deadlines; ability to meet quality standards; ability to follow verbal, video and written procedures and instructions; ability to perform repetitive routine production procedures; ability to perform all job duties accurately; ability to maintain an organized, clean work area; ability to understand and use different types of basic computers and touch screens; age 18 or older.
