Production Apprentice
Schedule: Full Time, Four 10-Hour Shifts
Wage Range: $21.00 - $23.23/hr DOE
Summary
We are looking for dependable, quality-focused employees to join our production team. Production employees may work in Molding, Assembly, Advanced Assembly, Machine Shop, or other production areas depending on experience, skills, and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on manufacturing, assembly, molding, or machining work
- Use hand tools, power tools, production equipment, or CNC machinery depending on the position
- Follow work instructions and established production processes
- Inspect your work and identify potential quality issues
- Learn new processes and participate in cross-training
- Work with team members to meet quality and production goals
What to Expect
Depending on the position, work may include:
- Standing or working on your feet for most of the shift
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Working with hand tools and power tools
- Operating or working around CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment
- Performing detailed work requiring good hand-eye coordination
- Lifting, moving, or handling materials and finished products
- Working with various manufacturing materials and chemicals while using appropriate PPE
- Working in an environment that may include noise, dust, odors, or other production-related conditions

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions. Training is provided based on the position and department.
